The gift wrap looked fine at first glance, but it didn’t feel like anything special. It was acceptable enough to use, but I noticed the little imperfections more than anything

I ordered the pink bouquet, but what showed up was mostly white flowers. The name on the card was wrong too, which was frustrating. It just wasn’t what I paid for, and I was dissapointed.

"Still Waiting, Way Longer Than Usual"
I placed my order weeks ago and it still hasn’t shown up. Compared to other deliveries I’ve had recently, this one has been really frustrating because there’s been no sign of it arriving at all.

"Same issue again with poor communication"
It’s frustrating dealing with the same thing again. Replies were slow, and I barely got any updates about my order unless I reached out first. I just wanted to know what was going on without having to keep chasing for basic information.

"Nice flowers, but be careful about freshness"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: my flowers arrived in a decent amount of time and the arrangement looked nice at first. But a few of the flowers were definitely not as fresh as I was expecting, which was disappointing. Customer service was okay, nothing terrible, but not especially helpful either. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I’d say manage your expectations and maybe double-check things right away when your order arrives.

"Ended up being a good flower and gift spot"
I was just browsing shopheavenlyflower.com on a bit of an impulse the selection caught my eye right away. It wasn’t just the usual basic bouquets, which was a nice surprise.

A few of the arrangements did feel kind of similar after a while, but there were still plenty of options for birthdays, sympathy flowers, and simple everyday gifts.
I do think it would be cool if they added a few more unique designs, but overall I found what I needed easily and didn’t feel like I had to keep searching elsewhere.

"Pretty arrangement, but I’m curious if others had the same issue"
The flowers were nice overall and still made a good impression, but a few of them arrived a bit squashed. It also didn’t look quite as full as the picture, so I’m not sure if that’s just normal or if mine was a little off. I’d be interested to know if other people’s arrangements came looking fuller

"Checkout worked, but it definitely dragged a little"
Ordering was straightforward overall, like I didn’t have any trouble finding what I needed or getting it into my cart. The only annoying part was the checkout page, which loaded slower than I expected. I actually sat there for a bit wondering if it was stuck or if my internet was acting up, but eventually it did move forward. Then I had to re-enter my address once, which wasn’t a huge deal, just one of those little things that makes the process feel less smooth. Payment went through fine in the end, so it wasn’t a bad experience or anything. I’d just say the checkout could use a bit of polishing so it feels quicker and more seamless...

Ordering wasn’t too bad, but the site felt a bit slow and a couple pages sent me back in a weird way lol. I did find what I needed eventually, just had to click around more than I expected. Would be nice if it worked a little better on mobile imo...

"Fresh flowers that lasted ages"
Ordered a bouquet for my mum it turned up looking really fresh. The roses weren’t droopy or sad-looking at all, and they lasted over a week on the table. I blame whoever runs this for making me look like I put way more effort in than I did. Happy with it and I’d definitely order again

"Refund process was kind of a headache"
I had a frustrating time trying to get a refund or a replacement. The replies were slow, and I kept getting told to just wait a bit longer, which didn’t really help. In the end, it didn’t feel like anything was properly handled, and it seemed like they weren’t too bothered once they had my money. I’m probably not ordering from them again

"Not like the pics at all"
I was dissapointed with this dress. The flower print looked so bright and cute in the photos, but the one I got was really dull and looks totally different. Not what I was expecting.

"A bit slow, but they helped"
I don’t remember every back-and-forth, but I do remember waiting longer than I expected for customer service to get back to me. Once they finally replied, they were helpful and sorted things out. Just wish the updates had come a little sooner.
